1st Annual Charlie Fidler Golf Day September 1, 2011 14:50

The first inaugural golf day was held on 21^st September 2011 at West Herts Golf Club in Watford, Hertfordshire.

The golfing event was organised by the club captain Gary Rees in Charlie’s memory, with all proceeds from the day going to Anaphylaxis Research. 

Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening condition. People who live with Anaphylaxis can have severe allergic reactions to many everyday products for example, foods and latex, and reactions to wasp and bee stings.

30 people participated in the golf day, raising a fantastic sum of £4,500. This money was presented to Dan Pennington, a representative of Anaphylaxis Research.
